How do you make a state park great? Teamwork!!

Virginia State Parks has resources galore. Natural and cultural resources are the most obvious and a major part of our success. The other vital resource is people – visitors and staff. Customer Service is highlighted and is its importance is stressed to each employee each year. We feel like communication is a fundamental in customer service. And we believe we should not only have customer service for our visitors but internal customer service for our staff.
