Posted January 5, 2013 | Updated December 18, 2018
Let's explore this one-of-a-kind group getaway that sits quietly along the shores of the Potomac River at Westmoreland State Park. The setting couldn't be any more pristine.
Being thoroughly intrigued by the Westmoreland State Park Potomac River Retreat, I had requests for more photos. See the first article "Picture yourself here, really" with beautiful photos that led up to this one.
Sunrise on the Potomac (that is the boat house and gazebo in front of the Potomac River Retreat)
This is a very private and exclusive waterfront whole-house rental, with breathtaking water views. I would have liked to open every blind to take photos, but time was limited.
Consider this amazing retreat for your next family reunion, girlfriend getaway, anniversary or even a quilting/scrapbooking escape.
