Virginia State Parks are open 365 days a year but our central office support services work standard state hours. The Governor very generously have us an extra day off, Dec. 23, 2013.

Our Customer Service Center (new name for our reservation and information line), will close at 5 p.m. Friday, December 20, 2013 and reopen 9 a.m. on Thursday, December 26. Additionally, on Dec. 19 the 800 line will be shut down some during the afternoon for the staff's holiday party. 

This means that Friday, Dec. 20, 5 p.m. will be the last chance to purchase Virginia State Park gift certificates at the 20% off discount!

This also makes 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 20 the last time to transfer for no charge a cabin stay scheduled to start between Dec.23 and 24. Call the park to cancel before 3 p.m. on your arrival date. Be sure to leave a message on the voice mail if no one answers to preserve your refund. Standard cancellation fees apply.

New reservations can be made on line whenever the Customer Service Center is closed. Remember, we are still offering 25% off all new reservations for December 2013 stays! Don't forget to use the discount code NOSTRESS to get the discount!
