Lake Anna Kinetic Long Course Triathlon

The Kinetic Triathlon Festival features the mid-Atlantic's first Long Course race and open water Olympic distance event of the season and is staged out of beautiful Lake Anna State Park. The Half race course is a one loop 1.2 mile swim, one loop 56 mile bike and a 3 loop 13.1 mile run make for an extremely exciting and spectator friendly day. The water temperature is expected to be in the mid '60s. The bike course is an outstanding mix of lakefront and rural scenery combined with rolling hills on good pavement. This is not an easy bike course, but it is quite possibly the best bike course in the world.

Staying at the park?, there are multiple campsites and camp/cabin options available.

Please note that once cars are parked inside the park we ask you to spend the day. The more traffic we have on the courses the more of an unsafe situation it creates for our racers.
