Just as caterpillars grow and change, our Caterpillar Club programs are designed to help your little one grow and change. Each week, we will have you and your child(ren) exploring our natural world through a variety of seasonally appropriate, hands-on activities that will foster children's inborn sense of wonder and curiosity. These experiences are gauged towards early childhood (3-5 years old), but of course, all family members are welcome and encouraged to participate. Every program supports Virginia's Blocks for Early Learning. Please dress for the weather.

May 7 - May Flowers: Walk with a ranger to find what flowers are blooming in the park, followed by a flower inspired craft.
May 14 - Pollinator Powers: Learn about the creatures that make our world come into bloom!
May 21 - Turtle Shellabration: 'Shell-abrate' (celebrate) some 'turtally' (totally) awesome reptiles.
May 28 - Maybe Babies: May means babies! Come find out about the wild world of young animals.
