Take a closer look at the beauty that lies all around you.

Nature journaling can help calm the mind and form a deeper connection with the natural world around you. Take a moment to notice the many details that you may otherwise overlook. Draw or write about what you see, from the tallest tree to the smallest insect, and learn about the species you spot from our rangers.

While paper and colored pencils are provided by the park, participants are encouraged to bring their own notebooks and art supplies. The group will meet at the Visitor Center before heading outside to journal.
