With warmer wetter weather comes springtime fungi; some are gourmet, some are deadly, and some even glow in the dark! Dive into their mysterious world with park ranger and 'mycophile' Mary Lincoln, as we embark on a guided hike through the woods in search of interesting mushrooms and other fungi. 

What to expect:
This walk will be up to 2 miles at a leisurely pace on mostly flat forested trail, with frequent stops to investigate fungi along the way. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and be prepared for the weather. 

While registration is not required for this program, it is recommended. If you register, we will be able to contact you if the program is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
