Volunteer Call to Service Earth Day Event: Transplanting Rivercane + Trash Pickup

April 22, 2026. 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Join us on Earth Day to help restore some of the natural habitat at the Ivanhoe Birding Trail. Everyone is welcome on this volunteer day.


Meet at 9 a.m. at the Ivanhoe access for a shuttle to the Ivanhoe Birding Trail.
Ivanhoe Car Parking: 294 Riverview Rd, Ivanhoe (GPS: N 39 50.3483 W*0 57.2252)
Volunteer tasks include transplanting Rivercane and trash pickup.


We will provide the tools and training on how to use them. Please wear closed-toes shoes and bring work gloves, water, and snacks.
