Explore helpful ways to relax and de-stress yourself in nature while learning about the history and culture of using nature as a means of therapy. Enjoy the calming atmosphere of Hungry Mother State Park and let yourself be soothed by the various sounds of nature and therapy techniques Tina will lead you through.
