Come join us at the Mossey Creek Trailhead (near the Splash Park) as we embark on a Ranger led Hike though the Mossey Creek Nature Trail and the Old Plantation Interpretive trail. You'll also be introduced to a few free phone apps that will help you identify bird and plant species commonly found in Southern Virginia. There's plenty to explore and see. We can't wait to share it with you. The hike will be 1.8 miles through moderate hilly terrain and should take about an hour to complete. Closed toed shoes, warmer clothing, and water are strongly recommended.
