Join us in the park’s orchard for a special day of learning and community. Beth Sastre from the Virginia Cooperative Extension will guide us through the best pruning practices to help our orchard thrive. Start your weekend surrounded by fresh air, beautiful scenery, and the camaraderie of working together toward a shared goal.
We will provide the tools and training on how to use them. Please wear closed-toes shoes and bring water and work gloves. Children ages 14 and older are welcome to attend with a parent or guardian.
