The waters around False Cape State Park provide some of the most breathtaking views in Virginia Beach. If you have ever wanted to get out on the water, but don't know how, then this is the program for you! Paddlers young and old will enjoy this guided paddle that allows participants the chance to explore the marshes of Back Bay by kayak while observing birds and other wildlife. Enjoy magnificent sunsets and listen for nocturnal wildlife while rounding out our paddling season. No experience needed, all participants will be shown proper techniques, safety information, and tips for successful kayaking. 

All equipment is provided. Reservations are required in advance. Cost: $25/per person. All participants must be at least 10 years old and children 12 years and under must go in a tandem kayak with an adult. Please use the following LINK to reserve your spot. A Ranger will call you prior to the program day to collect payments for the program.
