In recognition of Self-Care Awareness Month, the Friends of Twin Lakes State Park is hosting a program focused on simple, practical ways to build healthy habits and practice self-care. This free, public program is open to all ages and be followed by the Friends of Twin Lakes State Park monthly meeting at 7 p.m.

Parks are for everyone. This is an inclusive program open to all people. Please alert park staff to any special accommodations you or your group may need by texting/calling 434-408-1587.
