Aug. 9, 2025. 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Experience the anticipation of seeing what lies around each "bend" of the North Fork of the Shenandoah River from a kayaker's point of view. Everything you need to enjoy a smooth three-mile paddle will be provided except your own closed toe shoes. We recommend bringing water, a change of clothes or a towel. This program is reserved for people 10 years and above, with limited space available.

Meet at the Lupton access (1191 Lupton Rd. Woodstock) canoe launch. All vehicles must display an annual or daily parking pass.

This program is pending weather and river conditions. It will be cancelled if conditions are not satisfactory.
