Our beautiful park is the perfect place to pick up a fun new workout routine. Join Hungry Mother State Park staff Member Delores Buchanan and try out water aerobics in the lake. Dress in appropriate swimwear and wear water shoes, meet at the beach, and get in the lake for a fun, low-impact workout.
Bring your own equipment or use provided equipment that is first come, first serve. This program is intended for adults and older, more mature children. Lifeguard may not be on duty, so swim at your own risk.
