Brave the superstition and come out for a beautiful moonlight paddle on the lower Potomac River. June's Strawberry moon rising above Caledon Marsh may offer a chance to view wildlife as they search for food along our shoreline. Solo paddlers must be age 16+ if accompanied by an adult or age 18+ if unaccompanied. Meet at the Visitor Center, dress for the weather and wear close-toed shoes that can get wet. 

Paid reservations are required as space is limited; call the Visitor Center at 540-663-3861 to reserve your spot. Parking fee is $5. 

A full moon illuminates the cliffs above the Potomac.
