May is national bike month, so grab your gear and saddle up for a ride down the Cape Henry Trail, First Landing‘s longest multi-use trail. As we bike down the trail, you will see the park change before our very eyes as we travel through First Landing's many ecosystems, all while learning about First Landing’s history, flora, and fauna. PLEASE NOTE: Bikes and safety equipment like helmets are required but will not be provided, you must bring your own. Attendance will be capped at 20 on a first-come, first-served basis. This program will cover a total of 6 miles over a mostly flat trail, however participants are encouraged to join us only for as long as they are able.
