April showers have brought May flowers to Sweet Run State Park! These early spring wildflowers (ephemerals) are here briefly before disappearing for another year. Join Master Naturalist and Master Hiker Kelly Roach to catch these fleeting flowers along Farmstead and Piney Run Trails. The trails have slight elevation changes with varied terrain over approximately 1.5 miles. This will be a leisurely walk perfect for nature lovers of all ages. Wear sturdy shoes and bring water, a field guide (if you have one), and your curiosity! Meet at the main parking lot near the pollinator garden.
