Get creative! Join us for a relaxing arts and crafts program. This program includes painting with Q- Tips while sitting by the river. All supplies will be provided. If weather persists this program will be rescheduled. We hope to see you there! Meeting for this event will be at the Oxbow Center in St. Paul, Virginia.
