Pocahontas State Park has a lot of hidden history. This Women's History Month, come celebrate the often forgotten tales of the women who lived in the park, and helped contribute to its status as a place for all to enjoy. This hike on Forest Exploration and Co-op Trails will be a timeline of these women's daily lives and their contributions to the greater Commonwealth. This hike will be roughly two miles long with mixed terrain from hard-packed earth with roots to wide gravel paths. Please wear sturdy shoes and dress for the weather.
