The Senior Ranger series is geared towards senior citizens who are interested in learning more about nature. This program offers a range of outdoor opportunities to be active and explore Leesylvania State Park. Dress for the weather, wear closed toe shoes, and don't forget your reusable water bottle. October 17, 2024 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.

Introduction to Birding: Senior Ranger will meet at the Visitor Center. Binoculars will be provided but feel free to bring your own.

October 24, 2024 2 p.m. - 3 p.m.

Discovery Hike on Potomac Trail. Participants will meet at the Visitor Center. Potomac Trail is a 0.4 mile flat trail with a compacted gravel surface.
