The program includes a brief overview of paddling safety and techniques, as well as on-the-water interpretations of natural and cultural features.
It can be physically challenging to get in and out of the boats, especially for those with balance issues. Contact us at powhatan@dcr.virginia.gov if you have concerns, and we will try our best to accommodate you.
