Getting out in nature has incredible benefits to our health and wellness. Mount Rogers Community Services and Grayson Highlands State Park will host several "5 Bridges To Wellness" programs exploring ways to BOND, FUEL, MOVE, REST, and GIVE in nature.

"5 Bridges" gives you simple to use tools that help you make real change in your life. Our easy-to-adopt system integrates into your current routine to make small shifts where it counts – without a huge time commitment or disruption of your day-to-day.
