Join us at Sugar Hill in the Clinch River State Park for a fun arts and crafts activity. This program will be all about the different types of clouds we see all while making your very own cloud spotter. Meeting for this program will be in the Oxbow lake parking lot. If weather permits, this program will be rescheduled.
