Who wants to be a junior ranger?

Join us for our junior ranger camp for ages 6-9 from Monday, July 14 - Thursday, July 17. Campers will learn plant and animal identification, survival skills, wildlife behavior, and more!

Camp begins at 10 A.M. each day and ends at 2 P.M. This is a day camp only. There are no provided overnight accommodations. All campers will need to bring a packed lunch, a water bottle, sunscreen, bug spray, and closed-toed shoes. On days applicable, campers will need to bring waterproof shoes and a towel.

Pre-registration is required! To register, please email megan.goin@dcr.virginia.gov. All registration will be taken through this email. The cost for the camp is $50.00 per camper. This fee must be paid at the visitor center on July 14, the first day of camp.
