Explore the Panhandle Multi-use Trail on this longer hike. Expect to be introduced to native flora and fauna and experience lovely winter views of the forests and Buggs Island Lake. In addition to exploring the natural world, you will also experience the rich cultural history of this area as we stroll by remnants of old homesteads and discuss the early history of the area. There is so much to explore at Occoneechee State Park!
