Have the elegant tundra swans arrived along the shores and marshes of Mason Neck? Discover not only the beauty of these birds, but learn of their strength and stamina in the long journey to and from the tundra they call home. A ranger will be stationed at the observation platform on Woodmarsh trail in the Elizabeth Hartwell Refuge. 

Woodmarsh Trail is a 3-mile loop over a natural surface. This is NOT in Mason Neck State Park but located on High Point Road just before you enter the park boundaries.
