Come celebrate National Public Lands Day and the great Eastern Shore of Virginia with Kiptopeke State Park at our Outdoor Exploration Day on September 23rd from 10 am to 2 pm. Outdoor Exploration Day is committed to providing opportunities for visitors to experience and learn about Virginia’s Eastern Shore and the Chesapeake Bay. Through education, hands-on demonstrations and outdoor recreation, visitors will further their appreciation of these resources. This event is free, family friendly and will feature wildlife exhibits, educational games and activities, arts & crafts, and so much more.
