On this 60-minute walk we will embark on a journey of mindfulness in the breathtaking beauty of Bear Creek Lake State Park. This immersive walking program explores the natural wonders, delving into the symphony of our senses. Guided by nature's melody, we harmonize with the world, uncovering hidden songs within. We will be nurturing our connection with, and cultivating appreciation for, the delicate balance of our environment while reflecting on our role as stewards of the environment and as contributors to its preservation for future generations. This program is recommended for ages 13 years old and older.
