How does a person bond with places in nature? Join Mount Rogers Community Services and learn how the 5 Bridges Guide to Wellness can help you improve your mental health by spending time outdoors. This week's bridge is Bond. Find out different ways we can appreciate and bond with various places in nature, whether they are in your backyard, a neighborhood park, a balcony with flowers, or any small or large green space. Seeing green outdoors in nature greatly improves our mental well-being. Join us each week in guided or self-guided activities to relax in nature and improve your well-being. At the end of the year, all participants will be invited to an award ceremony to celebrate better health in our community.
