Join the Park Ranger on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays in April and May as we kick off the Spring season with our homeschool programming. These two-hour sessions will cover various nature topics to encourage exploration through engaging games and activities that aim to facilitate a robust learning environment.

April 5: Soil Science
April 19: Water Cycle
May 3: Nature Journaling
May 17: Water Pollution

Pre-registration required. Limit 20 children per program. FREE. All programs will start at the Visitor Center.

How to Register: Please leave a message on the Visitor Center answering machine (540) 288-1400 with your name, number of people in the group, and your contact information as well as the name, date and time of program. We will call you back to confirm your spot. Registration over emails will not be accepted.
