I appreciate the beauty in nature each morning as I listen to the birds singing and watching the greens turn all different shades. How do you appreciate nature? Join Mount Rogers Community Services and learn how the 5 Bridges Guide to Wellness can help you improve your mental health by spending time outdoors. This week's bridge is Fuel. Find out different ways we can fuel our body in nature to improve our mental well-being. Join us each week in guided or self-guided activities to create enough fuel to get us through stressful times in our life. At the end of the year, all participants will be invited to an award ceremony to celebrate better health in our community.
