Archery has been around for many thousands of years dating back before antiquity. Though considered today as a sport and art form, throughout most of history the bow and arrow were the primary tool used for survival. Often used by Native Americans for hunting and in territorial disputes this weapon has greatly influenced cultures around the world. In this program you will learn about the historical and cultural significance of the sport while trying out your hand at shooting an actual bow and arrow. This is a basic learners course and instruction will be provided during the entire event.

Pre-registration will be required to attend. Registration will be open beginning 48 hours before the event until two hours prior to the start time. Participants must be at least 10 years of age.
