Tour the Shot Tower that overlooks the beautiful New River and learn about the process of making lead shot. Completed in 1807, the Shot Tower is the oldest tower of its type in the United States. Standing 75 feet high with a winding staircase that visitors can take to the top, the tower offers a unique glimpse into the history and culture of the New River Valley.
