If you have not been to Seven Bends State Park this is your chance to go behind the scenes and enjoy time in one of the newest state parks in Virginia. This tour includes a two-mile flat hike. Learn about the establishment of the park and its history, behind the scenes work of the park rangers, and business partnerships with local apiary and more.

Find out about program opportunities like nature therapy, community engagement, and volunteer opportunities.

Enjoy a picnic lunch at the Pavilion.
Pre-registration is required and a $15 fee for lunch is collected on site.

Please arrive by 9:45am
1191 Lupton Rd. Woodstock. You will be directed to park in the overflow lot.

Comfortable shoes, a hat, umbrella and sunscreen are recommended.
