All aboard rail fans and history buffs! Join Dean Taylor, former Norfolk & Western Historical Society president as he details the history of the Norfolk & Western Railroad which created the rail line that New River Trail now follows. Mr. Taylor will be located at the Caboose that is across from the visitor center/ train depot at Foster Falls. Pets are welcome as long as they are leashed and seating is available at picnic tables located close to the caboose. The caboose will be open for visitors who wish to explore it.
