Open fires are prohibited throughout the park from midnight to 4 p.m. through April 30 per the 4 p.m. Burning Law. This includes wood and charcoal. Gas is permissible. Campground fires are allowed during the restricted time if a camp host is on duty and signage to that effect is posted in the campground. Failure to observe the 4 p.m. Burning Law can result in a fine. Contact the Park Office for additional information.

Come enjoy one of America's greatest comeback stories: the bald eagle. We'll discuss the history and biology of the eagle and why so many can be found at Caledon as we watch the skies for eagles as they soar and perch over the marsh.

Masks are required during the van ride. Be sure to bring water, dress for the weather, and wear close-toed shoes and clothing that can get wet. Must be 16 years or older for a solo kayak and 8 years or older (accompanied by an adult) for a tandem kayak.

Reservations are required as space is limited. To reserve your spot, give us a call or stop by the Visitor Center. Parking fee is $5.
