Explore our certified Dark Sky Park! On Tuesday nights from dusk to 11 p.m. (beginning April 5th and ending on October 25th), you’re invited to come experience the night sky at your own leisure at Skyline Trail. Star charts are available at the informational kiosks at the Skyline Trail parking lot or at the visitor center for your use and you can bring your own equipment.

If you purchased park admission earlier in the day, please retain your receipt and place it on your dashboard as proof of admission to the self-guided Dark Sky program. If you did not purchase park admission on the same day, then the $5/vehicle fee can be paid at the parking lot self-serve kiosk.

NOTE: This is a self-guided program. Please leave the park by 11 p.m., remember to practice Leave No Trace, and drive home carefully.
