Come out to Seven Bends State Park and join David Ashley from the Rev3 Endurance Racing Team for a 3 hour Introduction to Orienteering event. Dave is a National Champion adventure racer with experience in orienteering on foot, mountain bike, and while paddling.
Dave will offer approximately one hour of instruction on beginner-level land navigation. Afterward, challenge yourself on an Orienteering course, walking or jogging through Seven Bends to discover all of the hidden checkpoints.
This program is appropriate for adults, children over 16, and younger children with an adult. You may participate individually or in a family/friend group up to 4 on the Orienteering course.
