What is wet, muddy, lots of plants, lots of animals, and kind of smells? A wetland! What makes a wetland so important? Join an interpreter to find out. We'll spend some time exploring the wetlands of Hungry Mother and discovering what plants, animals, and insects call the area home. Figure out the important job the small ecosystem has in enriching the entire habitat surrounding the lake.

We'll be taking a short walk so wear appropriate shoes and clothing.
