Many of us can get stressed out during the holiday season and everyday life. Instead of carrying that with us into the new year, let's take a moment to breathe. Join volunteer Tina Hayes as we enjoy the first day of the year taking in the natural world around us. She will lead us on a relaxing hike designed to calm the mind and help us step back from the stress in our lives.
