Permit archery hunt

- From October 5 until January 1, Monday through Friday only, there is a permitted archery whitetail deer hunt that is allowed in various areas of the park. This is a permitted hunt only, not open to general public hunters. Hunting is permitted only Monday through Friday, no weekends, and not on Thanksgiving or Christmas day. The hunt areas are open to other access and use and hunters are required to adhere to enhanced safety regulations.
