Pumpkin painting is a popular activity at fall festivals

Just 35 minutes from Richmond is Powhatan State Park and they are hosting their Annual Fall Festival on Saturday, October 10, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Just 20 minutes from Richmond is Pocahontas State Park who are planning, with help from their Friends group, their annual Park After Dark event on Saturday, October 24, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
