Occoneechee State Park near Clarksville Virginia - is a boating and fishing paradise!
What? Lt. Governor Bill Bolling and other state and local officials will participate in a ceremonial groundbreaking at the site of the new Occoneechee State Park marina. Managed by the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation, the park is located just outside Clarksville, Virginia.
The public is invited to attend the ceremony. Parking fees at the park are already waived that day for the weeklong celebration of the Virginia State Parks system’s seventy-fifth anniversary.
