First Day Hike

Start the new year off on the right foot. Join the ranger for a fun and relaxing guided hike along Ware Creek Trail. We’ll be traveling along a relatively easy loop trail of just over one mile. We'll stop at an overlook with a great view of Ware's Cove, so bring your binoculars and plenty of water.

Remember to dress for the day's weather and bring your sense of adventure.

Space is LIMITED to the first 20 registered guests.

This is a FREE parking day for all Virginia State Parks.
