Start the New Year off right with some morning exercise to get the blood pumping. After all, studies show that getting out in nature promotes health of the body and the mind. Join a ranger for a refreshing stroll through the winter woods and get cozy around a campfire with hot cocoa at the end of the hike.

Please bring water, dress for the weather, and wear footwear you don't mind getting muddy. This is a FREE parking day for all Virginia State Parks.
