Join the rangers for a short discussion of fishing techniques and of the fish commonly found in our lake. This event is for beginners as well as accomplished fisherman. A practice casting area is provided as well as equipment and bait. Feel free to bring your own equipment if you wish. Let's plan on a great day in the park. A valid Virginia freshwater fishing license is required for those 16 years old or older and may be purchased in the Park Office, Gift Shop, or from DWR online.
