Unwind by the lake with a restorative yoga session! We will be guiding several yin poses and relaxation techniques that can be practiced anywhere afterwards. Beginners are especially encouraged to join, but all skill levels are welcomed. Be sure to wear clothing comfortable enough to move around in and bring your own mat, blanket, or beach towel.

Parks are for everyone. To ensure an enjoyable time, please alert park staff to any necessary special accommodations you or your group may need.
