Take a closer look at Bear Creek Lake. The attached brochure will guide you across the water on your self-paced paddle around the lake. Each stopping point is paired with a brief paragraph of information about the then and now of Bear Creek Lake. You may also be lucky enough to see our aquatic neighbors along your route.

Personal watercraft can be launched from the beach area outside of the designated swimming area. A boat launch for larger boats is available at the northern end of the lake after paying an additional boat launch fee. Only electric motors are permitted.

Need a boat? Canoe, kayak, peddle boat, rowboat, and stand-up paddleboard rentals by the hour and  half-day are available from late April through September. Remember to wear appropriate clothing, footwear, and life vests.
