Start the New Year off right with some morning exercise to get the blood pumping. After all, studies show that getting out in "green space" promotes wellness. Join a ranger for a relaxing stroll along River Trail and then end the hike with hot cocoa and a campfire.

Pre-registration is required and the group size limited to 12 participants. Contact us at powhatan@dcr.virginia.gov to sign up. Please dress for the weather and wear footwear you don't mind getting muddy.
